Registration Deadline: All participants must complete the registration process before the deadline to secure their spot in the conference.
Payment: The registration fee must be paid in full at the time of registration. Only paid registrations will be considered complete.
Confirmation: After completing registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with further details and an invitation letter (if applicable).
2. Visa and Travel
If you require a visa, please apply well in advance. The WRF Organizing Committee is not responsible for visa issuance, and we advise you to start your application as early as possible.
Should your visa application be denied, WRF cannot change the decision made by the embassy.
3. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to adhere to high standards of professional conduct during the conference.
Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disruptive actions will not be tolerated.
Attendees are expected to engage respectfully in all discussions, both online and in-person.
4. Networking and Interaction
Attendees are encouraged to network with fellow researchers, academics, and professionals to exchange knowledge and foster collaboration.
Be prepared to engage in discussions during Q&A sessions, poster presentations, and virtual forums.s
5. Event Schedule
Please adhere to the conference schedule and be on time for all sessions, including keynote speeches, paper presentations, and panel discussions.
Detailed schedules will be provided to all registered participants prior to the event.
6. Certificate of Participation
All registered participants (oral presenters, poster presenters, and attendees) will receive a Certificate of Participation after the event.
Virtual presenters will receive a soft copy of their certificate and conference proceedings after the event concludes.

For any technical support or issues during the conference, please reach out to the dedicated help desk or the support team available on-site or virtually.
