Virtual Guidelines

With the increasing adoption of virtual platforms, WRF offers a seamless and interactive experience for virtual participants. This option allows attendees to present their research, engage in discussions, and complete publication formalities without the need for physical presence.

All virtual participants will receive the same academic benefits as in-person attendees, including:

  • Conference Proceedings with DOI and ISBN – Ensuring official recognition and accessibility.
  • Certificate of Participation – Validating their contribution to the conference.
  • Eligibility for Indexed Publications – Papers will be considered for publication in Scopus, Web of Science, and other reputed journals.
  • Networking and Discussion Opportunities – Virtual attendees can engage with peers, researchers, and experts through interactive sessions.

To participate virtually, submit your abstract or full paper through the online submission form. Upon acceptance, complete the registration process and receive all necessary details via email. This ensures a smooth and structured experience for all virtual presenters.

Virtual Presentation Setup and Best Practices

To ensure a successful virtual presentation, follow these guidelines:

Before the Conference:

  • Prepare all presentation materials at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session.
  • Ensure your video and microphone are working correctly.
  • Check for a stable and high-speed internet connection to avoid disruptions.
  • Test your slides and overall presentation flow to ensure smooth delivery.

During the Presentation:

  • Choose a quiet and professional environment to minimize distractions.
  • Speak clearly and engage with the audience to maintain attention.
  • Keep your presentation within the allocated time limit.
  • Be prepared for Q&A sessions and discussions.

Post-Presentation:

  • Stay online for discussions and networking opportunities.
  • Follow up with attendees and panelists for feedback and collaboration.

The virtual format ensures flexibility, accessibility, and equal academic recognition, making it an excellent choice for researchers who cannot travel but still want to contribute to and benefit from the conference.
